As far as the number of sessions required is concerned, this is entirely dependent on the client. Even though it is recommended that we meet for at least one fifty minute session every week, this notion is absolutely flexible and we can create something around your specific needs. As mentioned earlier, we are all about what works best for your particular situation and that means tailor making our therapeutic approach to suit your particular case.
